Jack Solloway
Founder

Jack was born May 8th, 1964 in Dover, Delaware. After graduating from Smyrna High School.
He promptly joined the United States Air Force he began work with the Air Force Aid Society where his duties included emergency loans for serviceman and their families, briefing retiring Airmen on survivor benefits, and casualty notification services for families of fallen soldiers. He was honored on Andrews AFB as Airmen of the Year in 1984. He received his real estate license at 19 years old in Maryland while stationed at Andrews AFB. He quickly bought his first investment property at 20 years old through an ERA office near Baltimore. Later he opened Right Choice Realty in 2008 as the country headed in to the Great Recession. The rest, as they say, is history. |
Jeremy Raby

Jeremy founded Real Solutions Realty as a sole broker in 2007 and has developed the company into a multi-office, multi-state firm with nearly 400 producing agents. After receiving a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2001, he entered the real estate business as a sales associate. Jeremy’s vision for a “boutique” style brokerage that focuses on agent production rather than agent count continues to be one of the firm’s three pillars today.
During the firm’s first three years, emerging legislation and unparalleled market fluctuations caused the industry to change at a rapid rate. Surviving and growing his brokerage during this challenging period has provided Jeremy with the experience and knowledge that continues to guide his firm. With a constant eye on the future, Jeremy regularly engages with his leadership team to make necessary improvements that drive the firm’s continued success. Jeremy and his team have embraced a “do what’s right” mentality that is the cornerstone of each venture and has allowed the company to develop a property management division, title division and relocation division. Jeremy currently serves on ERA’s National Advisory Council, is a member of the ERA Young Leaders Network and is a recipient of the coveted ERA Gene Francis Award, for overall top ERA company. In their downtime, Jeremy and his wife Kristina enjoy spending time with their three children, Jackson, Addyson and Lillian, and their many extracurricular activities. Jeremy consistently donates both his time and resources to many youth and high school organizations. |
Dawn Doerr
Operations Manager

Dawn is a “Transplanted” Florida Native-from Indiana, having moved with her family to SWFL as an infant and never knowing home to be anywhere else.
Dawn has been a Realtor in Southwest Florida for 15 years, 8 of which have been serving as the Operations Manager of Right Choice Realty. Her first 7 years were spent as a Team Leader and Top Producer with RE/MAX in SWFL where she also was an agent recruiter. In 2011, Dawn was recruited to Right Choice Realty as the Office Manager when the brokerage had only 45 agents. In 2019 we are over 200! A fact that she is extremely proud to have played a part in. Having a integral part in developing and adopting systems and tools for the brokerage that make the Realtor’s life easier and more productive. Teamwork makes the Dream Work! Dawn serves as the Agent Trainer, Compliance Director, Career Developer, New Realtor Mentor and Coach for the brokerage. She is a huge brand cheerleader and loves the RCR Culture and its people! Dawn has been married to her High School Sweetheart, Rob, for nearly 30 years and they share 4 wonderful children - Macey, Haley, Cody and Sydney. Dawn is a University of Florida Gator originally focusing on Dental Sciences and transitioning to real estate in 2004. She has a strong background in new construction and is a 2 time graduate of Crestcom Business Development’s Bullet Proof Manager system and By Referral Only follower. She believes strongly in being honest, transparent, hard working and having integrity as a agent and leader. She is passionate about her horses and showing them with her daughter Sydney, a huge Tampa Bay Rays Baseball fan and enjoys spending time with her husband, children and ever growing number of grandchildren, and is always up for a trip to Walt Disney World! |
Chuck Roeglin

Chuck has worked in the real estate industry almost his entire life, bringing a broad range of knowledge to ERA Real Solutions Realty as its Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operations Officer. Chuck’s impeccable integrity and extensive real estate knowledge have positioned him to be a top trusted advisor to the president of the company.
Chuck graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from Michigan State University in 1987, during which time he worked as an Assistant to CFO at a major hospitality company. After graduation, Chuck accepted an auditor position with the Midwest Divisional Office of Century 21 Real Estate. In his tenure with Century 21, Chuck obtained his real estate license and advanced to the position of Director of Finance. When Century 21 was acquired by Realogy, currently the Franchisor of Century 21, Coldwell Banker, ERA, Sotheby’s and Better Homes & Gardens, Chuck accepted a position as Senior Auditor. This position allowed Chuck to maintain his residence in Michigan while auditing domestically and internationally for Realogy, providing financial broker consulting and audit services to franchisees of all Realogy Brands. In 2014, Chuck accepted the position of CFO/COO with ERA Real Solutions Realty. Chuck’s combined leadership roles in Operations and Finance provides a unique and complete perspective of all aspects of the constantly growing company to streamline processes while increasing productivity and profits. Although Chuck’s role involves advising the president on all areas of the company, he is also very engaged with the agents of the company, knowing each one by name and readily available to handle any agent questions or concerns. Chuck is married and has four children and three grandchildren and enjoys the outdoors and spending time with extended family in Michigan. |
Megan Kopec
VP of Relocation

Megan graduated from Kent State in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising. After graduation, she worked in various advertising firms in the Chicago area. In 2008, Megan took a job at Leading Apartments in Chicago, which started her Relocation career.
Megan’s experience in relocation encompasses temporary housing, relocation management and corporate relocation sales. Her knowledge and experiences advanced her to the position of Director of Relocation and Client Development for a large regional firm. At this firm, Megan’s teams were Cartus Platinum winners and included many other awards and distinctions. She has held her real estate license since 2013 and also has her CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) designation. Megan Currently is on the board of RCCO (Relocation Council of Central Ohio) and is a member of the RDC (Relocation Director Council). Megan joined ERA Real Solutions in 2017 as Vice President of Relocation Services. She leads the firms Relocation Division, eCommerce Division and Referral Holding Division. She enjoys educating new and experienced agents with her extensive knowledge in these unique facets of the real estate industry. Megan and her husband Brad are proud parents of two girls, currently reside in the Hillard area and is an avid runner and reader. |
